Hello and welcome to my blog
I hope you’re well. I’ve had a lovely crafting weekend. I can’t share the cards I’ve been making as they are for upcoming birthdays but I will when I can including free video’s so you can see how I made them.
Today I’m sharing a pretty Thinking of You card made with the Quiet Meadow bundle in the Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue.
This is such a pretty bundle. The stamp set has some cute stamps but the dies really steal the show for me. I was undecided on what to do with the background for this card (which you can see if you watch the video) but ended up stamping a tone on tone piece and then covered that with a piece of vellum embossed with one of the pretty Meadow Moments embossing folders.
I added colour to the die cut flowers with blending brushes to get varied shades and am so happy with the way they look. Inside I kept it clean and simple with lots of space to write a message.
