Hey there, it’s been a little while!
I am in awe of anyone who finds time to blog every day …. I can’t even do it once a week! I did get out of sync with our trip to Dorset and had technical issues but that’s just excuses …. some days I just don’t have time to craft.
My Mum-in-law (one of my best customers – she’s a great supporter and loves my cards and hasn’t got the patience to make them herself so buys from me) asked me for 10 blank cards so I put together two sets of five designs mostly using the retiring SU’s Petite Petals stamp sets and matching punch. I’m going to miss them as I use them a lot.
Rather stupidly I forgot to take photo’s apart from these two. I made a box for one set so Carol could give them to her cousin as a gift. I tell you my head really hasn’t been in the right space recently.
I had a fun crafty afternoon last Friday with my lovely friend and up-line Victoria after a spot of lunch. I played around with That’s the Tag photopolymer bundle #144725. Victoria played with Home Sweet Home Thinlits Dies #140279 and made me this adorable beach hut – don’t you just love it?
Anyway, it’s getting late and I’m waffling.
My latest YouTube video shows one of the ways I package a set of cards if I’m giving them to friends and family as gifts. Here I use the SU Envelope Punch Board #133774 to create an envelope box for a set of 4″ x 4″ cards that I made using Affectionately Yours Specialty DSP #141632, Love & Affection stamp set #141545, Botanical Builder Framelits Dies #140625, Botanical Blooms stamp set #140757, Bold Butterfly Framelits Dies #138135, Butterflies Thinlits Dies #137360, the Scalloped Tag Topper punch #133324.
