Hello there
I hope you’ve had a wonderful weekend?
I was a little sad to have missed out on attending the Stampin’ Up! #OnStage2018 local event in Telford on Saturday which celebrated Stampin’ Up!’s 30-year anniversary. I’ve been to the November OnStage events twice and absolutely loved them but never the one in April and I’m sure everyone who attended had an amazing time. They will have received a goodie bag full of wonderful new products plus a copy of the new annual catalogue as well as have a chance to do some make and takes. I have to wait until tomorrow for a sneaky peek and can’t wait!
I hosted our monthly team (The Paper Mates) meeting on Wednesday as our lovely upline Victoria had visitors. We made a card using one of the foiled papers from Sale-A-Bration and also had a play with embossing paste, re-inkers and decorative masks. It was a perfect way to spend an evening catching up with friends and being creative – I love it!
I had every intention of filming and uploading a video for a blog post yesterday but i an out of time. I’ve got card classes / workshops this week and got distracted designing projects for that. My craft space looked like a total tip so I spent time earlier today organising so I’m later than planned with my blog and video today – sorry about that!
The card I’m sharing today is a clean and simple A6 card. Have you noticed purple is my favourite colour? I’m really pleased with the way it turned out.
I really like the font of the sentiment in the Ribbon of Courage set.
