Hello and welcome to my blog
I’m back today to share something a little different for me – a 3D project! I was inspired to make these desk Sticky Note holders after watching a video by Sam Calcott from Mixed Up Crafts. I just adapted the sizes for the Sticky Note cubes I found at our local supermarket.
I made them as thank you gifts for my lovely customers in February and this one is for my teamie but I haven’t given them out yet so if any of them are reading this – surprise!! ? I just couldn’t wait to share them with you.
They are a bit fiddly (for me at least) to make but well worth the effort. My teamie loves green so I decided to use some of the Forever Greenery 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper but you can use any DSP you have in your collection.
I made something similar years ago using cardstock so using 2mm Greyboard makes them much sturdier. On the back there’s space for a mini pen and pencil.
To make this I used:-
DSP :- Forevery Greenery (2 x 3″ x 12″, 1 x 3½” x 11½”, 1 x 4½” x 4½”, 1 x 4⅜” x 4⅜” and 2 x 3¼” x 3¼”)
Cardboard :- 2mm Greyboard (1 x 3½” x 3½”, 3 x 1⅝” x 3⅛”. 2 x 1″ x 1⅝”)
Tools and Adhesive :- Paper snips, Bone Folder, Multipurpose liquid glue, Tear & Tape
You can watch how I made this cute 3D project in the video below.
I hope you like this project – I had a lot of fun making them.
I have listed the products I used below – simply click on the photos to go directly to my Stampin’ Up! store. If you place an order online, please remember to use the current Host code if your order is between £25 and £150 to receive a handmade card and FREE gift from me next month.
As always, thanks for stopping by and remember keep it crafty.
