Hello and welcome to my blog,
Today’s card was created with the Stamparatus and the Positive Thoughts stamp set from Stampin’ Up!
I deliberately kept these cards clean and simple but it would be real easy to build up the wreath by moving the stamp or adding other images.
Below is my first sample. The wreath topper came together quickly with the feather stamp with the Stamparatus using my homemade template. I used a piece of grid paper and drew the template with marker pens and I then laminated it so it can be cleaned. Inspired by a card we made in a recent Coastal Crafter online class, I trimmed approx. 1.5cm off the right hand side of the front to reveal the inside edge which I stamped using the hinged step technique.
Supplies:
Thick Whisper White card base cut @ 14.8cm x 21cm, scored @ 10.5cm
A piece of Coastal Cabana cut @ 7.5cm x 14.8cm – stamped randomly with the flower from the Positive Thoughts stamp set tone one tone
A piece of Pretty Peacock card cut @ 9.8cm x 9.8cm
A piece of Whisper White cut @ 9.5cm x 9.5cm

I made a quick (haha) video while making my second card and paired Smoky Slate with Blackberry Bliss – a rather elegant combination in my humble opinion.
The Smokey Slate panel measures 9cm x 14.8cm and I cut a strip off to glue on the inside rather than using a different stamp. Everything else is the same apart from Basic Rhinestones
