I hope you’ve had a wonderful week. It’s been another busy one for me/ I can’t quite believe it’s September already, this year is simply flying by!
We decided to have a few days away in Dora, our carvan, as the forecast for the coming week is great. We’ve come to a lovely campsite 2 miles outside Whitstable in Kent and walked to the beach and along the coastline into Whitstable in the sunshine – a pretty perfect way to spend a Saturday. I’ll let you know what else we get up to.
Today I’m bringing you something a little different. I wanted to show you how easy it is to make a cute little bag from a piece of 6 x 6 Garden Impressions DSP. It fits our multipurpose liquid glue as a little gift for my lovely customers who purchased from me in August.
The designer series paper, like all of the Stampin’ Up! DSP, is double sided and I love the pretty colours in this pack. Using the Simply Scored Tool score at 1 1/2″, 2 3/4″, 4 1/4″ and 5 1/2″. Rotate 45 degrees and score at 1 1/4″. Use Tear & Tape to secure the bag together. Using the 1/8″ handheld circle punch I created holes for the ribbon to close the top of the bag. The sentiment is from the Abstract Impressions stamp set and punched with the Everyday Label punch.
I didn’t take many photo’s but gone a few which hows a few of them all with different designs. The video app I use on my Samsung A3 phone has updated so I struggled shooting my video but got it on my third attempt. Again I’m sorry for the poor quality of the video!
