Petal Passion Memories & More Card Pack makes

Hi Folks

Happy hump day!

A quick couple of cards today made with the lovely Petal Passion Memories & More Card Pack. Now I’m not one for scrapbooking but I think I’ve mentioned before I fell in love with the Petal Passion suite! The card pack includes:

* 72 double-sided cards, 52 2 3″ x 4″ (7.6 x 10.2 cm) cards (2 each of 26 designs) and 20 4″ x 6″ (10.2 x 15.2 cm) cards (2 each of 10 designs)
* 2 accent sheets
* 2 cardstock sticker sheets
* 2 acetate card overlays with white print

The first one has a Thick Whisper White A6 card base. One of the Petal Pair Textured Impression Embossing folders is used on the smaller piece of Powder Pink cardstock. A small piece of the Whisper White 1/4″ organza ribbon was added to the pink piece with Mini Glue Dots before being added with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the base. The two birds are on one of the small cards in the set and I sponged the edges w with some Powder Pink Classic Ink to tie it in. The sentiment is from a retired set but you can use any sentiment – I often use Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set.

The next card has a Pool Party A6 card base. I matted one of the larger cards in the pack and simply coloured the flower and leaves with Stampin Blends. I used the largest circle from the Stitched Shaped Framelits to die cut the sentiment from one of the smaller cards in the pack and layered that onto one of the scalloped circles from the Layering Circle Framelits.  That’s popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The flowers are stamped in Pool Party Ink and die cut using the Petal Palette Bundle plus the leaves.
