Happy New Year!

Hello

I know it’s been a while – there seems to have been one thing after another. I caught a bug, lost my voice and then got distracted making Christmas card and trying to gather enthusiasm for the festive season.

Tonight I decided to do a “quick” post to share some photo’s of recent projects and I’ve been sitting here trying to remember the projects we made a class in December as I didn’t have any photo’s.  I know there was a Christmas cracker made using the Envelope Punch Board and a 6″ x 6″ piece of DSP but I gave the one I made to one of my god-daughter’s for Christmas without taking a photo! Then it came to me and here it is:-

Using one 12″ x 12 ” sheet of DSP we made 4 note cards with envelopes and a little gift box to put them in. It is not very easy (for me) to explain how it’s made, I will do a video but have not gotten round to it yet – technical difficulties with my phone, lighting, you name it … it’s gone wrong!

This is one of my favourite Christmas cards. A bridge card that I made at my lovely up-lines class. These types of cards are called U-fold or Bridge cards and give a real wow but fold flat so can be posted.

Today is an important day for us at Stampin’ Up! with the launch of a new Occasions Catalogue and the start of Sale-A-Bration. If you don’t have a demonstrator and live in the UK please get in touch as I would be happy to send you a catalogue.
