A quick post today to share a couple of special cards that I’ve made recently for friends …..
Here is a special card for a dear friend to help her celebrate a “big” birthday – I used an 8″ x 8″ card base and the Daisy Delight and Butterfly Basics stamp sets by Stampin’ Up! using Dapper Denim and Garden Green classic ink pads and Large Number Framelits using some of the Bermuda Bay Glimmer paper left over from SAB for the numbers.
This is such a lovely layout and my friend loved her card.
The next cards are for another dear friend who celebrated her 1st wedding anniversary today. I love how the cards turned out and so did she!
The first uses the Hardwood background stamp, one of the Sweet & Sassy framelits. I used the retired Itty Bitty flower punch and the So in Love stamp set for the sentiment. The second card uses Number of Years and Bloomin Love stamp sets and Layering Oval framelits. The sentiment on the inside of the card is from the Flourishing Phrases stamp set.
