The first stamp set I bought when I became a UK Independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrator was Flower Shop Wood-Mount Stamp Set which has a matching Pansy Punch. There are six lovely flower stamps in the set and I love them all.

At first it was a real challenge to line up the stamped flowers with the punch but after watching a YouTube video and speaking to my lovely Up-Line, Victoria, she helped me work out how to mark the wooden blocks to make it easy peasy to stamp and line up every time. You can see how I marked up my blocks below.
I have lots of other examples but I won’t show them to you now as I’m trying to keep my posts shorter – hahaha! I will just share a couple of 3D frames I’ve made where I’ve used Flower Shop.
This frame was made back in 2015 when I became a demonstrator with a couple of other sets that retired earlier this year. I still have Flowering Flourishes, Petite Petals and Papillon Potpourri on my shelf to play with when I get nostalgic!
The words are made up with Scrabble letters and is the Stampin’ Up! tagline INSPIRE. CREATE. SHARE. which is something I try to remember when I’m struggling with my creative mojo.
The frame now hangs on the wall in my craft space so I can see it as I create, video, prep for class etc and I’m really pleased with it not least because it makes me realise how far I’ve come if that makes sense?
This frame was made for my best friend’s birthday last year. I made all the flowers dimensional. I punched several flowers, wet and scrunched them up and then let them dry before layering them.
I didn’t take any photos when I made the frame so think that is something I will do one of these days so I can share what they look like.
