I thought I would play along with the Global Design Project again. This week it is Case the Designer and we are casing Michelle Last … a very talented UK demo. Here’s her gorgeous card …..
My card is totally inspired by her layout and like a lot of my cards is fairly simple with minimal colours but plenty of texture.
I love using Rich Razzleberry, Sweet Sugarplum and Whisper White as a colour combination and decided to use the elegant Petal Burst embossing folder to add texture to the background ( #141493 ) and one of the images from the lovely Beautiful You stamp set ( #143637 ).
I’m so happy with the frame, which was achieved with the Layering Oval Framelits ( #141706 ) and the Stitched Shaped Framelits ( #145372 ). I managed to sneak in a bit of the gorgeous glimmer paper that I earned for free during SAB.
