Quick and fun punch art cards

I had so much fun making today’s cards. I first made them last year for my friends twins – I wanted to send them similar cards that were cute and unfussy without a number on – a boy and girl.

You don’t need a lot of supplies or tools either to make them. The card base is standard UK A5 in Very Vanilla card stock, the next layer is Tip Top Taupe cut at 10 cm x 14.3cm, the snout or muzzle is a small piece of Very Vanilla card stock – I used a corner rounder on all these pieces. The eyes are cut from a scrap of Basic Black and the nose from a scrap of Chocolate Chip cut using a 3/4″ circle punch. The bows are made from strips of In-Colour designer series paper stack using the Stampin’ Up! envelope punch board (it makes so much more than envelopes).
