Lynn’s Lessons – Handy Hints & Tips for beginners

Happy February!

I can’t quite believe January is over and Valentine is just round the corner … I guess I’d better get on with making a card for my hubby!  I don’t know that I should admit to this but last year, I made several cards at a card class run by my lovely SU up-line Victoria McLafferty and I loved the cards so much, I actually sold one to my husband to give to me ….

So the last few days, I’ve been busy with the day job and not had much of a chance to make cards, although I did get a few new sets to play with. I am ready for my first solo class tomorrow night. My friend Nicky is coming round so it’s going to be stress free and fun! I didn’t really organise the February classes with enough notice for people so I’ve already got people wanting to book for classes in March and April.

I have made a few birthday cards but don’t want to share them yet as they are for friends and I don’t want them to get a peek before their birthdays.

Earlier today I filmed another YouTube video – it is the first in a series of demo’s full of useful hints and tips to those less experience stamper / crafter. It was slightly longer than planned and is full of bloopers but I hope is helpful.

I attempt (not very eloquently) to provide information about the three different types of stamps Stampin’ Up! sells. I’d love you to subscribe to my channel and that way you will get notified every time I post a new video.

If you’d like a SU catalogue drop me an email me at lynniecdesigns@gmail.com and I’ll pop one in the post.

Thanks for stopping by
